Q: How do I book an appointment?

A: All appointments are booked online through our booking system. Just choose your preferred stylist, select your service, and pick a time that works best for you!

Q: What if I’m not sure which service to book?

A: No problem! You can book a consultation or send us a message with a photo of your current hair and inspiration pics—we’ll help guide you to the right service.

Q: What happens if I’m running late?

A: Please contact your stylist as soon as possible. If you’re more than 10 minutes late, we may need to reschedule or adjust your service.

Q: What’s your cancellation policy?

A: We require at least 24–48 hours’ notice for cancellations or reschedules. No-shows or last-minute cancellations may be subject to a fee.

Q: Do you accept walk-ins?

A: At this time, we’re by appointment only to ensure each client gets personalized time and care.

Q: Can I bring my child or a friend with me?

A: For your safety and relaxation, we ask that only clients receiving services come to the appointment—unless previously discussed.

Q: What forms of payment do you take?

A: We accept all major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, and cash. Gratuity is always appreciated but never required.

Q: What if I’m not happy with my hair?

A: We want you to love your hair! If there’s an issue, please contact us within 5 days of your service so we can make it right.
