Booking & Appointments​

Online Booking: All appointments must be booked through our online system. Be sure to select the correct stylist and service.

Appointment Confirmation: You’ll receive a confirmation by text or email once your appointment is approved. If you don’t receive one within 24 hours, please reach out.

Late Arrivals: Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to reschedule, depending on stylist availability.
Cancellations & No-Shows

Cancellations: We require at least 24–48 hours’ notice for cancellations or reschedules.

No-Shows: Missing your appointment without notice will result in a charge of up to 50% of the service total and may limit future bookings.

Payments

We accept credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, and cash. Gratuity is appreciated but never expected.

Payment is due at the time of service.

Redo & Satisfaction Guarantee

If you're not satisfied with your hair, please contact us within 5 days of your appointment so we can make it right.

Redos are offered at the stylist’s discretion and do not cover changes of mind.
Children & Extra Guests

For your safety and relaxation, please do not bring children or extra guests unless they are being serviced.

Product Refunds

Unopened retail products may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of purchase with a receipt.

Opened or used products are non-refundable.
