EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW BEFORE YOUR VISIT.

  Booking & Appointments​

  • Online Booking: All appointments must be booked through our online system. Be sure to select the correct stylist and service.

  • Appointment Confirmation: You’ll receive a confirmation by text or email once your appointment is approved. If you don’t receive one within 24 hours, please reach out.

  • Late Arrivals: Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to reschedule, depending on stylist availability.

 Cancellations & No-Shows 

  • Cancellations: We require at least 24–48 hours’ notice for cancellations or reschedules.

  • No-Shows: Missing your appointment without notice will result in a charge of up to 50% of the service total and may limit future bookings.

  Payments

  • We accept credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, and cash. Gratuity is appreciated but never expected.

  • Payment is due at the time of service.

  Redo & Satisfaction Guarantee

  • If you're not satisfied with your hair, please contact us within 5 days of your appointment so we can make it right.

  • Redos are offered at the stylist’s discretion and do not cover changes of mind.

 Children & Extra Guests

  • For your safety and relaxation, please do not bring children or extra guests unless they are being serviced.

 Product Refunds

  • Unopened retail products may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of purchase with a receipt.

  • Opened or used products are non-refundable.
